Mick Cave and Goodseeds Garden Service is a family-run, locally owned business providing professional lawn and garden maintenance services across Wagga Wagga and surrounding areas. We work across a diverse range of sites, including private residential properties, commercial and strata complexes, local schools, and aged care facilities. Our work is varied, meaningful, and requires a high level of care, reliability, and professionalism.
We are hiring
We’re currently seeking the right person(s) to join our team. While we’ve had interest, we’re committed to finding someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work, and genuinely wants to be part of a team. With around ten staff across the business, supported by a dedicated office manager, we offer a structured work environment. We’re keen to fill this position as soon as possible with someone who’s ready to turn up, get stuck in, and grow with us.

We’re currently seeking applications from people who have skills, experience, or a genuine passion for keeping gardens looking their best.
We’re looking for the right people to join our team — whether you’re an experienced gardener, a lawn enthusiast, or someone who simply loves hands-on outdoor work. Full-time, part-time or casual, we want to hear from you. We are also interested in hearing from those who’d operate on a contractual basis with their own ABN.
